In 2003, the Marching Cubs performed A Clock Work Red, consisting of Tempered Steel (by Charles Rochester Young) and 12 Seconds To The Moon (by Robert W. Smith), arranged by Mr. William Spencer-Pierce and directed by Mr. Donald Cochran.
In 2003, we held our second March On Madison Invitational!
